Chaserworld Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Chaserworld order. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing returns, where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, an eligible refund may be provided.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. All customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any costs incurred may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
